Job Profile of a HR Manager:

Recruitment & Selection
• Responsible for manpower planning and staffing.
• Responsible for brand building through news paper ads, campus recruitment
• Responsible for conducting interviews and monitoring the smooth selection procedure.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities is done on the day of induction.
• Identified, Interacted and collaborated with Recruitment agencies.
Leave & Attendance Management
• Supervision of maintained leave musters in compliance with labour laws.
• Immaculate disbursement of monthly salary to employees and supervising maintenance of payroll records.
• Immaculate disbursement of overtime wages.
Performance Management & Compensation Review
• Provided inputs on performance appraisal process and executed the same.
• Identifying scope for enhancing the appraisal process.
• Responsible for identifying benchmark compensation at technical and managerial level.
Exit Formalities
• Conducted Exit Interview and summarized key focus areas for organization development.
• Ensured timely completion of exit formalities, full and final settlement and providing assistance in filing PF returns.
Employee Relations
• Ensured maintenance of amicable employee management relations in the organization by encouraging employees to approach HR for grievances and suggestions.
• To take counseling sessions for employees.
MIS Reports
• Designed MIS reports such as Headcount report, Recruitment dashboard and Attrition report.
